NerdHQ Nights at FanX 2025

NerdHQ started out in 2011 as an event near San Diego Comic Con. Founded by actor/singer, Zachary Levi, this 501c3 non-profit is a labor of love focused on providing a means to free therapy for those who can’t afford it.

NerdHQ brought their NerdHQ Nights event to FanX Salt Lake City Sept 25-27, 2025. The first night was a concert/karaoke night featuring Zachary Levi and some of his celebrity friends to raise money for the cause. The event was high energy and a lot of fun, despite Zachary’s persistent cold. Fans joined him on stage (including my ever talented daughter, Michaela) to sing and the night ended with a bidding war over who would get to sing “See the Light” with Zachary Levi. After promising to pony up some big bucks and A LOT of begging, the loser of the bidding war, got to sing the song with him too.

I was all about the photos and Zachary’s expressions were killing me all night. I left out most of the incriminating evidence but let’s just say I have a pretty impressive arsenal of the many weird faces by Zachary Levi. 😂
