At KRISTINE FLUCK PHOTOGRAPHY, we treat your privacy the same way we treat a photo shoot — with care, creativity, and great lighting.

Step 1: The Setup (What We Collect)

When you book a shoot, browse our site, or chat with us, we may capture:

  • Your name, email, phone number, and any shoot details you share.
  • Photos we take of you (it’s kind of our thing).
  • Website info like your IP address and what pages you visit (through cookies, not a hidden camera — promise).

Step 2: The Shoot (How We Use It)

We use your info to:

  • Book and organize your session.
  • Deliver your gallery and keep in touch.
  • Show off your amazing photos in our portfolio or social media only if you give us permission.

Step 3: The Editing Room (Who Sees It)

Your info stays safe with us. We only share it with:

  • Trusted helpers like payment processors and gallery hosts.
  • Legal folks, but only if the law makes us (and we hope it never comes to that).

Step 4: The Final Cut (Your Rights)

You can request to see, update, or delete your info at any time. Just send us an email and we’ll make it happen faster than you can say “cheese.” But don’t say “cheese”. That will make your photos look terrible.
